This is surely a sad state of affairs. I'm outraged! It has all the feelings of a government operated eugenics program. This Bill is an all out attack by our federal government upon the American people....Perhaps the Beatles have the right words as is written...as President Thomas Jefferson once said "a little revolution once in a while is a good and necessary thing." It’s time to call for the impeachment and their removal starting with President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid
